An email with tracking information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive more than one tracking number as the items may ship separately. When will my order ship?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will process and submit the order with our suppliers for shipment within 24 hours. If your item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
