Shipping Policy


Very simply, shipping is
FREE on all orders to customers within the Lower 48 of the United States.

We don’t mess around with fine print and extra charges, we like things to be simple and easy.

Shipping Process:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will process and submit the order with our suppliers for shipment within 24 hours. If your item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Shipping Times:

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within the lead time posted on the product page. This is located on the product page right below the "Add To Cart" button. These times are based upon what our supplier and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, manufacturers delayed because of the mills, overwhelming demand on shipping, and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of US Fire Pit Pros control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Method:

Most shipments under 150 pounds will be parcel and shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipments over 150 pounds will be freight and shipped via RL Carriers, Mainfreight or ABF Freight. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. Depending on the value of the item being purchased, orders may be shipped with signature confirmation required.

Order Shipment:

An email with tracking information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive more than one tracking number as the items may ship separately. If you have not received tracking info within 3 days after the lead time posted on the product page, please contact us at info@usfirepitpros.com.

Shipping Options:

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS:

All orders qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. US Fire Pit Pros, reserves the right to choose delivery type, carrier, and service level of each shipment when standard free shipping is selected. For freight shipments, standard free shipping includes curbside delivery and liftgate services.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Most items shipment may be expedited for an additional cost to decrease shipping time or guarantee delivery by a certain date. This does not include processing time. Please call our Customer Service department at 888-851-8840 to determine expedited shipping availability and pricing.

International Shipping:

Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free standard shipping. We regularly ship to Canada and are happy to accommodate these orders; however, you are responsible for contacting our agents in order to determine shipping costs. Additional international shipping opportunities may be available, but please call for availability. International orders are not eligible for our standard return policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Advice for Receiving Your Order:

IMPORTANT: When you receive your order and before attempting to use any product, it is critical to check for both visible and concealed damage. You should also look to make sure that no item(s) are missing or broken. If you discover an issue, you must let us know right away.

How To Handle Shipping Damage:

Roads aren't perfect, and on rare occasions, a package can get bumped. In those cases, it's best to take a picture and record the damage on the driver's bill. Some concealed damage may not be readily apparent, so you should inspect the shipment thoroughly upon receipt.
Do not refuse your shipment even if there is damage. In most situations, it is better to accept delivery of your order and allow us to address the problem on location. Refusing a shipment may cause a delay in the claims process and also result in a re-delivery charge. No goods are returnable for any reason without our authorization. Please report any damages or concerns to info@usfirepitpros.com within 24 hours of delivery.
